Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective piece, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs.
Email jeevan.thomaskoshy+testapp123@gmail.com before returning a product. Approved returns should reach us within 15 days of confirmation. Requests are assessed after the item is inspected.
The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with its original tags attached. Customised pieces, sale items and saris finished with fall and pico are excluded. Small variations in handmade textiles are part of their character.
Approved refunds cover the eligible product value. Delivery and return shipping costs are excluded. The outcome and payment details are confirmed after inspection.
Request cancellation within 24 hours of ordering. Cancellation may be unavailable after work on a made-to-order piece begins.
